Return Policy

We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right!

If you need to return or exchange an item or have any questions, please email us BEFORE sending out your return at info@loyalboutique.com.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sales may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds do not include original shipping costs. Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with our return policy.
