COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak please anticipate a possible shipping delay upwards to 1 week for all deliveries from the date of purchase. If you do no receive your order within 21 days from the purchase date, please contact info@loyalboutique.com.

UNITED STATES: Shipping time takes approximately 5-10 business days from the date of processing. 

CANADA: Shipping time takes approximately 6-12 business days from the date of processing.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Shipping time is variable but typically takes about 7-14 business days from the date of processing.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING RATES 

Expedited Shipping availability is dependent on each item.

UNITED STATES: Shipping times are variable depending on the product and delivery destination, but typically range about 2-8 days from the date of processing. Please contact us for a more specific time-frame.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Shipping time is variable but typically takes about 3-10 business days from the date of processing. Please contact us for a more specific time-frame.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING

Processing times are variable depending on the storage location. A typical processing time takes about 1 business day. If you need an item by a certain deadline, please contact us at info@loyalboutique.com.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Orders valued at $250 or more require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure your order is delivered correctly.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Once an investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue any refund.
